I like the thought process used to figure out the problems, but using exponents AND skipping math steps is killing me. I am not strong in math and I am struggling to follow his skipped steps. Also, the author uses the metric system. Living in the US I use inches and feet. The book could be much simpler. I think the math is simple to the author, but the author doesn’t realize an average reader needs more explanation. I included a picture of an equation where I struggled to understand how he moves from the first equation to the second.
